This fit out was the conversion of a real estate office into a 2-surgery practice. While the shop area itself was very small, we were able to design a 2 surgery practice with a large waiting area, built-in reception desk, a kitchen / staff room, plant room, accessible bathroom and a large sterilisation room with a laboratory at one end.
