Dr Timmy Ngai had the vision to move his old Dandenong practice to a new and better location.
He had the vision! He found this very old and very run down home on the corner of Warrigal Road and the Eastern Freeway. It was a complete shambles – but he saw what it could be!
We completely gutted the building and surrounds, extended and created new rooms and created a car park.
With 4 surgeries and a CBCT room (the lay down version), we worked together to create a fantastic practice for the team at TLC.
Knowing your patient base is essential and the reception area reflects the requirements and expectations of the patients (no marble, no top end banquet seating).
The surgeries are quietly comforting in colour, spacious and full on natural light.
