This is where we do work on an existing building. It may be a house, a dental practice or any other type of occupancy.
This can be anything from re-modelling a single room, changes to the general layout of the building through to extensions and car parks.
If it is an empty building, or the past owner/lessee has vacated, then the process it most likely to gut the practice, remove old equipment, make necessary structural alterations, extensions as required and then the fit out.
Careful attention is taken by us to work with your financiers or your accountants (if you so desire) as there are tax benefits to be had by the division of costs between the capital and non-capital part of your build. This will always depend on your personal (or company) finances – none of which we get involved in! From our perspective, it is more about the allocation of the costs to the specific parts of the project.
